Shirley A. Lee Lohse, 54 of Moorhead, Minnesota died Wednesday, June 4, 2008 in MeritCare Hospital, Fargo. Lee, daughter of Arnold and Mary (Kmetz) Erdman, was born April 21, 1954 in Moorhead. She attended school and grew to womanhood in Barnesville. She worked as a cocktail waitress in Fargo at the Cripple Creek and the Blue Wolf Casino. She also worked for Steiger Tractor of Fargo. Lee married Richard Lohse on April 24, 1976 in Barnesville. The couple made their home in Barnesville and later moved to Detroit Lakes, Minnesota where she worked for the Swift Turkey Plant. In 1986 they moved to Moorhead and she lived until the time of her death. She is survived by her husband Richard of Moorhead; her daughter Nichol and grandson, Skyler both of Moorhead; one sister Betty (Johnny) Johnson of Barnesville and three brothers, Richard Skip Erdman and Ron Erdman both of Barnesville and Robert (Sadie) Erdman of Rollag, Minnesota. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents; her grandson, Nicholas; two brothers, Virgil and James who died in infancy.
