Arden Bohach, age 72, of Hawley, Minnesota, died peacefully on Sunday, September 30, 2012 at Essentia Health in Fargo. Arden Curtis Bohach was born on November 6, 1939 to Nicholas and Esther (Ristad) Bohach in Hallock, Minnesota. He graduated from Stephen High School in 1957. Following high school, he joined the United States Navy and served until 1960. Arden was united in marriage to Caroline Ann Demeyere on November 23, 1963 at Vega Immanuel Lutheran Church near Warren, Minnesota. From this union, the couple had two children. Arden attended night school for four years in Grand Forks to become a Journeyman Electrician, which he worked as for over 40 years. He was a member of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 1426. Arden was a member of the Barnesville American Legion Post #153.He enjoyed hunting and fishing, tinkering around the house, and spending time with his grandchildren. Arden is survived by his wife of 48 years and 11 months, Caroline; Daughters, Nicolle (Alan) Entin, of Palmdale, California; and Holly (Scott) Johnson, and their children Mackenzie and Riley, of Bismarck, North Dakota; Brother, Harland (Marvlyn) Bohach of Grand Forks; In-laws: Edna Huesmann, Stanley (Lois) Demeyere, Russell (Clarice) Demeyere, Arthur (Bonnie) Demeyere, Ida Olson, Frieda (John) Quicker, Marge (Larry) Ulrich, Rosyln (Clyde) Rosten, Susan (Ron) Carlson, Rose Mary Demeyere; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, Nick and Esther; 1 sister-in-law; and 6 brothers-in-law. Memorial Service: 2:00 PM Thursday, October 4, 2012 at Rollag Lutheran Church with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church.
