Kylie J. Martinez-Braton

Kylie J. Martinez-Braton, three year old daughter of Mici Braton and the late Bemo Pechtel-Martinez, died Sunday, August 16, 2009 in her home in rural Barnesville, Minnesota. Funeral service will be Friday at 1 in St. James United Church of Christ, Barnesville with Pastor Wendy Ward officiating. Rosie Carr will serve as soloist accompanied by organist Grace McEvers. Pallbearers will be Rob Heng, Cory VanMil, Brandon Anderson, Donnie Larson, Cory Braton, Jayson Braton, Roberto Pechtel-Martinez and Jeremy Pechtel-Martinez. Honorary Pallbearers will be Kylies Daycare Family. Visitation will be Thursday from 4"8 with a prayer service at 7 in Dobmeier Funeral Home, Barnesville and two hours before the service at the church. Interment will be in Prairie View Cemetery, Wilkin County, Minnesota. Kylie was born July 25, 2006 in Fargo. She lived with her family in rural Barnesville. Kylie loved to ride 4 wheeler with grandpa and she liked to do the dishes with grandma. Kylie enjoyed trying to get the mints out of Grandpa Bobs pocket. She loved to go to Grandma Janes to stay up late doing puzzles. She loved being at daycare and playing with her friends. Kylie loved to play with her little dog, Sky and to look at the sky for Edward the airplane man to fly over her house. And her good night hugs and kisses from Mommy. Good night Kylie our little Angel. Kylie is survived by her mother, Mici Braton of rural Barnesville; her grandparents, Randy and Trinda Braton of rural Barnesville and Grandma Jane McGough of Downer; her Godmother, Karlie Mosher of Bemidji; aunts and uncles, Cory (Felicia) Braton of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Jayson Braton of West Fargo, Roberto Pechtel-Martinez and Jeremy Pechtel-Martinez both of Downer, Cory and Tammy VanMil of Lake Park, Minnesota; great-grandparents, Robert and Donna Braton of Barnesville, Twila Haldorson of Barnesville, Willard and Gloria Pechtel of Fargo and one cousin, Ava Braton at home in Sioux Falls. She is preceded in death by her father, Bemo Pechtel-Martinez, her grandmother, Sheila Pechtel and her great-grandfather, James Haldorson.
