Jennifer McLeod, 38, died unexpectedly at her home in Barnesville, MN on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. Funeral Services will be 11:00 AM, Tuesday, November 29, 2016 at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Barnesville, MN with Rev. Chris Leach officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Visitation will be held from 5-8 PM, on Monday, November 28, 2016 at the Dobmeier Funeral Home in Barnesville with a Prayer Service at 7:00 PM. Visitation will continue for one hour prior to the funeral service on Tuesday. Jennifer Ann was born on June 21, 1978, in Gulfport, Mississippi to James and Kimberly (Kassube) Husband. Her father died when Jennifer was very young and her family moved to Minnesota. She gained a new dad Dennis Ludovissie. Jennifer attended school in Staples graduating in 1996. She went on to attend Alexandria Technical College becoming an LPN in 1999. In 2000, she became the proud mother of Nathan Beyer while living in Morris, MN. Jennifer moved to Fargo and began working at the VA Medical Center in Fargo. She worked as a cardiology technician in the pacemaker clinic. On June 21, 2011, she was united in marriage to Randy McLeod in Fargo. To this union a son Tanner was born. Her boys were Jennifer’s pride and joy. About a year ago, the family moved to Barnesville. Jennifer enjoyed any kind of animal including her two favorite dogs Daisy and Quincy. She liked to cook and grill meals, and never just a small amount of food. She had a knack for interior decorating and refurbished things. Her house shown inside and out of the current holiday or season. Spending time outdoors was important for Jennifer and she liked to fish, camp, boat, and garden to name a few. She is survived by her husband Randy of Barnesville; two sons: Nathan Beyer, Morris, MN and Tanner McLeod, Barnesville, MN; her mother Kimberly Ludovissie, Grand Rapids, MI; her father Dennis Ludovissie, Barnesville, MN; father and mother-in-law Terry & “Cheryl” McLeod, Fargo, mother and father-in-law Denice “Tom” Peterson, Bismarck, ND; one brother Theo Ludovissie, Clarksville, TN; one sister Ashley (Mike) Deo, Grand Rapids, MI; brothers-in-law Michael McLeod, Benjamin Peterson and Alan Peterson; and brother and sister-in-law Damian Kunz and Candace (David) Engelke.
