Ray Krull

Ray Krull, 64, of Barnesville, MN, lost his courageous battle with pancreatic cancer on Saturday, August 17, 2024 at his daughter’s home in Barnesville under the care of hospice. 

Services will be held at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Barnesville on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM with Pastor Ali Haugerud officiating. Visitation will be held for one hour prior to the funeral service at the church. Burial will be in City Cemetery, Barnesville, MN. 

Ray Paul Krull was born on August 23, 1959, to Lindon "Ole" and Donna Mae Krull in Pelican Rapids, MN. His early years were spent in the communities of Comstock, Barnesville, Crookston, and Moorhead. He then began a career at American Crystal Sugar that would span almost 50 years, retiring in July of 2024 due to health issues. 

Ray married Lori Ernst in 1985 and to this union 5 children were born, with his family eventually expanding to include 14 grandchildren. His hobbies include spending time with his grandchildren and attending their sports activities, driving the "Grandpa Taxi," traveling and spending time in nature including hunting and fishing.

He is survived by his children: Desi (Nate) Erickson, Barnesville, MN, Sarah Feliciano, Culver City, CA, Heather Sanchez, Moorhead, MN, Marissa (Nate) Charlton, Barnesville, MN, and Levi Krull, Moorhead, MN; grandchildren: Shayna, Shelby, Shad, and Sheldon Erickson, Christopher, Manuel, Olivia, and Miguel Feliciano, Preysaya, Ryott, Reyn, and Rayze Sanchez, Kason Krull, and Kassidy Charlton; siblings: Cindy Krull, Moorhead, Rick Krull, Moorhead, MN, and Jim Krull, Grafton, ND.

Ray was preceded in death by his parents, and brother Duane Krull.
